CHORITOS A LA CREMA CON VERDURAS

Choritos al vapor con verduras blanqueadas y asadas en foumet y crema de mariscos (con caldo de choritos) y zanahorias. Acompañado de tostadas de pan de masa madre.

/ Steamed mussels with blanched vegetables, roasted in fish stock, and served with shellfish cream made with the mussels broth and carrots. Accompanied with sourdough toasts.
